Our Returns Philosophy

We believe in thoughtful purchases and stand behind our products. If you need to return or exchange an item, we aim to make the process as seamless as our designs.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty products, fragrance items, socks, or any accessories marked as final sale. All other items from our collections (knitwear, outerwear, shirts, etc.) are eligible for return.

Returns Process

Exchanges

For size exchanges, please indicate your preferred size in your return request. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your original purchase, subject to availability.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your funds will be returned via your original payment method:

  • Credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: Typically within 24 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
